Hi Stephanie, I was at the Starship show last week at the Taste Of Anaheim. It was great. I grew up outside San Francisco and saw the original Jefferson Airplane at least a dozen times. When you sang White Rabbit I had goose bumps all over me. You sang it perfectly. I am sure that Grace Slick would have been proud to hear it.

Hey Steph, we saw you last night in Ellicotville, I was one of the Canadian guys at the front with the flags. My friends and I just wanted to tell you how amazing you were and what a voice you have. White Rabbit is one of my all time favourite songs, and you blew me away with it.

Thanks for making the whole night so fun. Your crowd interaction with us was phenomenal and totally made our weekend getaway that much better. Hope to see you soon.

Hey Stephie....

If we never meet again
Like a simple sweet refrain
I'll be here for you

When your life seems dark and cold
And you need a dream to hold
I'll be here for you

And now the time has come
To say goodbye
Nothing seems to rhyme
Running out of time
and out of words to say
So I will simply tell you
Other smiles may turn you on
But when all the smiles are gone
I'll be here for you

When pain is all you see
Close your eyes and think of me
I'll be here for you

If we never meet again
Sing this simple sweet refrain
And I'll be here for you

And remember when you're gone
Special things live on and on
I'll be here for you

I'll be here for you
Just YOU

Love Always....Uncle Wild Bill

Hi Stephanie,

The festival on Oct. 6th in New Jersey was a memorable occasion for myself as well as the band. Your performance of "Open arms" with us was very enjoyable and I particularly liked singing backup with you on "Purple rain". I hope we all can get together and do it again!
Best wishes,

Hi there Stephanie. Just saw you tonight at Epcot playing with Mickey Thomas. I must say, you really command the stage. Your voice is amazing, and you're gorgeous to boot! I really hope I'll see you in April of next year when starship returns. Thank you for three amazing performances in a row...

Best of luck in the coming months,

Hey, Stephanie! I just saw your show here in Houston at the Woodlands Pavilion for Arrowfest 2007. I have to say that you and the band delivered the performance of the decade. Your voice and stage presence left me in tears. I have never witnessed such an incredible performance. You captivated my 50-year-old (single) heart. I would love to hear from you when you have the time.

Hey Steph.

It's so wonderful to be able to contact you. Your uncle, Brian Calvert, is my great uncle :)and he's told me about you after seeing one of my performances in England. Brian's wife, Sheila, is my grandad's sister.
I'm 15 (nearly 16) and I sing, act and dance too, it's nice to know another member of the family has been successful in the things i love doing. I've heard your videos and i think they are fabulous! Brian and Sheila mentioned your success and i was eager to find out more about you. They gave me this website and i was away! My email address is "lil-angel-vv@hotmail.co.uk". Hope to hear from you soon if possible :D.

Dear Stephanie,
I saw you on Sat 4/19/8 at Epcot with Starship, and I have to tell you that when you started to sing I almost walked away. You are terrible. I can't beleive you really have a job singing. Not only that but could you tell that you had family on the crowd? The way you kept waving to them like they were long lost family members. Gosh you must remember you are on stage. And I think you need some more singing lessons.

Anonymous said...

Stephanie I enjoyed seeing you with Starship, you reaaly sounded great.

You are so beautiful and talented I forgive you for being a Yankee fan! ;-)

Stephanie:
You sounded fantastic at Epcot Center tonight! I Really enjoyed the new Starship material as well as the old-brought back many memories. The song from "Manequin" was "our song" (my wife and me) while dating about 19 years ago.
Keep up the good work.

Hey Steph,

I had a great time watching you and starship again at EPCOT. You guys really know how to perform and as far as that guy with the mean comment and the thing with the waving to peopele well just forget him. He's jealous that you weren't waving to him. The rest of us out there enjoyed it and had a blast. As far as I'm concered you handle yourself great on stage and it really shows that you have fun doing it. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing ya at the Food and Wine there at EPCOT this fall. In the meantime I promise to send ya some of those pictures I was able to get. Feel free to catch up whenever ya get an chance and take care!!!!

Dear anonymous-
Blow yourself-
That may be all the attention you ever get-
Gads I hate acting like you but it may be the only way to reach your gutless Godless wretch of an empty heart- Has anyone EVER told you that you are wrong and stupid? Has anyone EVER told you that you are unhappy and jealous? Has anyone ever reached out to you and said they loved you or said that you were good at anything? I sincerely hope so for I fear that you feel so bad about yourself that you feel the need to make others feel bad- That's sad- Just so you know Miss Calvert has a giant heart- She's talented yes of course but she's also very intelligent, beautiful, sweet, sincere, and completely unaware of her amazing self. She cares so much about people in general and loves to help others-

Hi Stephanie,

Sitting here totally po'd that you guys aren't at Epcot tonight.

Feeling a little disloyal though because my wife and I only came to 10 of your 15 sets. We'll do better in October.

Look - keep this one to yourself, okay? We've loved Starship forever but you've brought a new energy to the band and to Mickey himself.

And you staying after performances for photos and chat is pretty awesome.

Stephanie,

A note of appreciation and a sincere thank you for your talent and approachability. My Wife, Daughter and I saw 2 nights of Starship at Epcot in April and witnessed several great performances – had to keep coming back. You provide playful showmanship and bring enthusiastic energy to the stage. “Somebody To Love” knocked the crowd’s flip-flops off!

Of special thanks, you went out of your way, after the show, to sign autographs and take pictures with an admiring public – my Daughter was one of the fortunate to meet you. Speaking for her, one “who wants to be just like you,” I can’t tell you how impressive that is and how appreciative we are that you took valuable “free” time out of your schedule to speak with her and provide heartfelt encouragement to our aspiring young artist. You show great poise, professionalism and a genuine approachability not seen in many performers. My daughter has a great roll-model to follow and has learned some valuable skills to emulate. You should know your good deed has not gone unnoticed.

You do great work!

Cheers!

Good luck on the rest of your tour!

Hi Stephanie,
Tuesday night (9/30/08) you were standing on stage at Epcot with Sheena Easton's sax player, and my wife and I wanted to take your photo, but you acted like we wanted HIS photo, and like we didn't know who YOU were. You are so gracious! And I have never seen a performer have as much fun on stage as you. We'll be there again Saturday night with the "White Rabbit"! We enjoy your shows at Epcot every year!

Big fans!

Hey Stephanie!
We just wanted to say thanks again for the autographs and picture! We think you are wonderful and couldn't imagine seeing Mickey without you.
We've seen you at EPCOT on 3 different dates so far and hope you'll be back for the Flower & Garden Festival next spring. :)
I'll be sending the picture you wanted soon, along with some new ones from the last show.
(By the way, none of the links are working on your website. - Join List, Contact to Mike or admin. - well the contact links work, but the emails come back as undeliverable.)
Anyway, we wish you much success, but not so much that you stop visiting with the audience! lol
Thanks again,
Sunshine & Tom

Steph, watched 9 of your performances at Epcot (Sept/Oct) and you are wonderful. I agree you need to made a CD of White Rabbit - your voice is unbelievable. You are also gracious, have an amazing stage presence, and I know you're on your way to becoming a huge star. Thanx for taking the photo with me. I'm a fan for life and hope to see you perform again soon.

My wife and I just saw the Starship concert @ the Las Vegas Hilton last night. We were blown away with your voice! White Rabbit was better than the Grace Slick version. You sound like you could do a great Janis Joplin too! Mickie Thomas & you had fantastic harmony. The show was incredible, the drummer, lead guitar, keyboards, & bassist were equally outstanding. The only drawbacks were the lighting & the horrible video cameraman. They should be replaced with professionals that know how to run spot and use zoom in and out! The best in the future. Hope to see you perform in Las Vegas soon again. dedlegend@cox.net Las Vegas, NV.
